Today I was reading an article in the Guardian that was inspired by the RSA annual security conference.

In the article it was said that large companies have “Purposeful backdoors in security products”. In my opinion a backdoor can not be purposeful in a security application. I just wanted to share the irony of the term “Purposeful backdoor”.
